Shipping

Domestic shipping is __. International shipping varies by country for first item, $3 per each additional item.  International orders are calculated in US dollars.  These shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, & fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs.

Refunds

No monetary refunds. Credit only - within 30 days of purchase.   Even exchanges for another piece of jewelry will be accepted if size is not correct or piece just doesn’t work. 

Purchasing

Online purchasing of items, singly, is facilitated by PayPal. We also accept personal checks received by postal mail.

A PayPal account is NOT REQUIRED; if you don't have an account, you won't need to log in. Let us know if you need help with it.

Items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order, via insured, trackable Priority Mail or FedEx, these are to be paid by the buyer.  Personal checks may delay shipping until the check clears. Additional costs for international shipping will be charged separately, once specific costs have been determined.

If necessary, I will repair your item for free within the first year of purchase, with receipt.
